Abeona provides travel planning and consultancy services, including the creation of personalized itineraries for travelers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all Abeona services. By engaging with Abeona’s services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
​1. Scope of Services
1.1. Abeona provides travel planning and consultancy services, including but not limited to creating customized itineraries for travelers.
1.2. Abeona does not book transportation or accommodations unless explicitly requested by the client.
1.3. Abeona’s itineraries are designed to assist travelers in organizing their trips efficiently and are solely based on the information provided by the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1. Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying all details in the itinerary provided by Abeona, including travel dates, times, locations, and any other relevant information.
2.2. Clients are responsible for booking their own transportation, accommodations, and any other travel-related services unless otherwise arranged by Abeona upon client’s request.
2.3. Clients must ensure they meet all travel requirements, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, passports, and permits, and comply with local regulations at their destination.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. All payments for Abeona’s services must be made exclusively via bank transfer to the account details provided by Abeona.3.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between Abeona and the client, all payments must be completed no later than one (1) week following the conclusion of the journey. 3.3. All payments made to Abeona are non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is required by applicable law.4. Liability Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability4.1. Abeona is not liable for any issues, damages, losses, or inconveniences that may occur during the client’s travel, including but not limited to:Issues with transportation, accommodations, or other third-party services.Changes or cancellations made by third-party providers.Cancellations, delays, changes in schedule.Personal injury, illness, or accidents during the trip.Natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.4.2. Clients acknowledge that Abeona is not responsible for the quality, safety, or reliability of any third-party services recommended in the itinerary.4.3. Any bookings made by the client, whether independently or through Abeona’s assistance, are solely the responsibility of the client and the respective service provider. 4.3. Abeona is not liable for any acts, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, or other entities.4.4. If Abeona assists with booking transportation, accommodations, or other services upon client request, Abeona does not accept any liability for issues arising from these bookings.4.5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abeona’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the services. Under no circumstances shall Abeona be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.5. Itinerary Accuracy5.1. While Abeona strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Abeona cannot guarantee the accuracy of all details in the itinerary, including but not limited to:Opening hours of attractions.Availability of services or activities.Changes made by third-party providers.5.2. Clients are encouraged to verify all details with the respective service providers before their trip.6. Changes and Cancellations6.1. Abeona reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.6.2. Clients may request changes to their itinerary prior to its finalization, subject to availability and additional fees, if applicable.6.3. Once the final itinerary is delivered, no changes will be accepted. Abeona reserves the right to refuse modifications or changes to the final itinerary after delivery.7. Intellectual Property7.1. All itineraries, documents, and materials provided by Abeona are the intellectual property of Abeona and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial or any other purposes without prior written consent of Abeona.8. Personal Data Protection8.1. Abeona is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Law on Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698.8.2. We collect, process, and store personal data only for the purpose of providing our travel planning and consultancy services.8.3. Personal data collected may include but is not limited to:Name, contact information, and passport details.Travel preferences and special requirements.Payment information (handled securely by our payment processors).8.4. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to fulfill our contractual obligations (e.g., sharing necessary details with transportation or accommodation providers upon your request).8.5. You have the right to:Request correction or deletion of your personal data.Object to the processing of your personal data.Withdraw your consent for data processing at any time.8.6. Abeona shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.10. Governing Law10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in Istanbul Central courts and execution offices, in compliance with Turkish legal procedures.11. Amendments11.1. Abeona reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.11.2. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.12.
